After mechanical analysis and verification, the impeller and vulnerable components of the VSI5X impact crusher have been structurally optimized. Adopting hydraulic device for automatic lid opening, reducing maintenance costs

Considering the maintenance and replacement of accessories during the production process of the sand making machine, we have introduced a semi-automatic hydraulic system. The operator only needs to press a button to open the top cover for maintenance and other operations, thereby reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency.

Split design, longer service life of vulnerable parts

Based on actual production, we have found that vulnerable parts such as protective plates and impact blocks suffer from rapid local wear. Working principle

The VSI5X vertical axis impact crusher (also known as sand making machine) has two feeding modes: full center feeding: the material falls into the feeding hopper, enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the central feeding hole, is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port, first collides with a part of the material that bounces back and falls freely, and then impacts the vortex material lining (or counterattack block) in the surrounding vortex chamber together. It is first bounced back to the top of the crushing chamber, then deviates and moves downward, and collides with the material emitted from the impeller channel to form a continuous material curtain. Finally, it is discharged through the lower discharge port.Central feeding accompanied byCircular waterfall feeding: The material falls into the feeding hopper, then falls through the circular hole and is divided into two streams by the material tray. One stream enters the high-speed rotating impeller through the distribution tray, while the other stream falls from around the distribution tray. The material entering the impeller is rapidly accelerated and thrown out at high speed inside the impeller. It first collides and breaks with another part of the freely falling material around the bulk tray, and then impacts the vortex shaped material lining (or counterattack block) in the surrounding vortex chamber together. It is first bounced back to the top of the crushing chamber, then deviates and moves downward, forming a continuous material curtain with the material emitted from the impeller flow channel, and finally discharged through the lower discharge port.
